Join a live webcast Wednesday, May 30, 12:30-2 pm (USA EDT) on assessing the impact of capacity development on inclusive ownership. The webcast discusses a case study in how information and communications technology helped to build inclusive ownership and accountability in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Participants will discuss how a results-focused metholodology was used to examine the results chain and change processes, and will look at the ways and conditions in which ICTs can maximize the ability of citizens to participate in more inclusive processes.
