There are many developmental issues confronting nations today. the economic downturn has not help either. The question is "Are governments accessing risk?" How are they doing it wrong?

Dear Richard,
Whether it's 'access' or 'assess', I attended an excellent presentation last month on Turning Social Innovation into a Tool for Risk Management & Val... by social innovation entrepreneur Christelle van Ham. This looked at assessing and accessing risk in order to harness opportunities to enable change.
