Event Description
Using a case study on building inclusive ownership and accountability with the help of ICT in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this event will provide an overview of how the Capacity Deevlopment and Results Framework was used to examine the results chain and change processes. It will also look at the ways and conditions in which ICT can maximize the ability of citizens to participate in processes that are more representative and more inclusive with the ultimate objective to improve public sector performance.
